Most of our work is not local, and that is the point. We have designed a patient webinar service used across the NHS, and an atlas that maps the laws affecting street-connected children around the world, both delivered under The Idea Bureau, Shane's previous studio. More recently we built the brand and the site for Snowbridge Markets. That experience comes with us to a job down the road.
We are a good fit if you care how the thing is made, and you want it to still work well in three years. We are the wrong fit if what you need is the cheapest site available this month. Plenty of people in town will build you one, and we will happily point you at them.

Can we meet in person?
Yes. We are in Taunton, so a first conversation over a coffee is usually easier than a call. After that, most projects run on a mix of short calls and written updates, whichever suits how you like to work.

No. We work across Somerset and the South West, and with clients elsewhere in the UK and abroad. The work is the same wherever you are; being nearby just makes the first meeting easier to arrange.
Our site was built by someone else. Can you take it on?
Usually, yes. We will look at what is there first and tell you honestly whether it is worth improving or worth starting again. Either answer is fine, and we would rather say it early than halfway through.
Do you do SEO?
We build sites that search engines can read properly: fast pages, clean markup, a sensible structure and real metadata. We are not an SEO agency and we do not sell monthly retainers for it. If you need ongoing search work, we will say so and help you find someone who does it well.
