Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to reach any part of it, or the systems behind it, that is not open to you. Do not knowingly introduce anything harmful, and do not attack the site or the service that hosts it.
Do not copy the site with automated tools, scrape it, or use its content to train or feed an automated system. Search engines indexing the site for public search are fine.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice.
Our content
The design, code, text, images and the Studio Brio mark on this site belong to Studio Brio Ltd or to the people who license them to us. You can read the site, link to it, and share a link with anyone. Please do not copy, republish or reuse any of it without our written permission.
Some of the case studies and logos on this site come from work Shane Griffiths designed and led at The Idea Bureau, his previous practice, before founding Studio Brio. We credit that work to The Idea Bureau wherever it appears. The work belongs to the clients it was made for, and the logos and trade marks to their owners. Both are here to show what we have worked on, not to claim a current partnership or endorsement.

Everything here is general information about the studio and its work. We keep it as accurate as we can and update it from time to time, but we do not promise it is complete or current. Do not treat it as advice. If you need advice for your own situation, ask us directly.
Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, the link is there for your reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain or how they treat your data.
Our liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, being unable to use it, or relying on what it says.

Working with us
These terms cover this website only. If you hire Studio Brio, the work runs under a written agreement we both sign. That agreement takes priority over anything here.

Our privacy page explains what this site collects and what we do with anything you send us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them, or about the site, goes to the courts of England and Wales.
